Blank. 8" high x 5" wide. Iron case. Iron shackle. Iron wheels. Weight: 12 lbs. Each wheel contains the letters "A-Z" and the symbol "&". The two top wheel packs will not turn. Once the correct combination is entered for the bottom wheel pack the base of the lock including the wheel pack are removed. The key is then used to allow the two top wheel packs to move freely.
